The sf group charitable fund will not donate in the area of home improvements as many of these are covered by statutory funding. In addition they usually cost substantially more than our £1000 maximum grant to individuals.
The trustees will continue to consider small cost alterations where these meet our criteria and there are exceptional circumstances involved.

Where the request involves household items rather than specialist equipment, a letter of support must specify how these are related to ameliorating the effects of the disability rather than improving general family circumstances.
We are unable to reimburse cost for items already purchased.
Representing Great Britain.Stephen Wagland successfully gained funding from the sfgroup charity to buy some new riding boots last year.

Stephen has some good news for us... he has been selected to represent and compete for Great Britain at Millfield Junior International. He said "I thought you would like some photos of me wearing the dressage boots you kindly paid for."
